Nice cozy little hotel. It has been renovated in the last couple of years so it is very clean and the pricing is usually quite affordable. Nothing exceptional but a good stay. If you've been at a Comfort Inn in the last 2 years, you won't be lost here. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. The only negative is that they don't seem to have any rooms with a king size bed. I have been here often and was never able to reserve one.

Arrived here on 9 motorcycles and they took great care of us, nice rooms, they put us all in a separate wing with bikers from another trip so we wouldn't disturb other guests, very helpful staff, nice breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended.

Just completed my third stay at this hotel. While the hotel is basic, all of the staff are incredible. They accommodated my special request and even when I offered to pay more, they declined. Outstanding. The breakfast was decent and the rooms are clean and well kept. Already decided this is where I’m staying in Campbellton. Excellent value.

The good: The room was very clean! The gentleman staff that greeted us on Friday, Feb 16, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has hot foods (Sausages are gross!) and the waffle maker is great. Lemon water is a great touch. Location is great - close to Sugarloaf. Though the building is very old, it has been renovated well. Pet friendly!! The not so good: Not accessible - no elevator. The sign is not lit up to see at night so the hotel is easy to drive by in the dark. When there is a full house due to events, there should be signs around that ask for people to be quiet in the hallways because, clearly common sense isn't something people have anymore. At 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday, people were extremely noisy (children AND adults!). The front desk supervisor was less than pleasant this morning when we checked out. She did not say Good Morning, ask how our stay was or anything. She just asked if we got our receipt under the door, which we did not. She did not thank us for staying there and wish us a good day. This was shocking considering she is the front desk supervisor, a title I don't think she deserves. The doors in the hallways are extremely loud when they shut. New closers are recommended. When booking, I recommend asking not to be close to the stairs because the doors are LOUD. Whatever happened to the days when your room was automatically cleaned without asking? The hotel will not make your bed or anything unless you ask. Listen, if I am staying at a hotel and paying $130 a night, I want my bed made without asking. So I did ask on Saturday and it never got done. It did get done on Sunday when I asked. Recommendation: if a person doesn't want their bed made, then they can say, otherwise, it should be done. TVs need to be bigger and updated.

The team is super nice. This is the 2nd round of visits to the area & I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The breakfast is fresh & hot daily. The rooms are cleaned daily AND smell fresh. Not all locations are this nice. It's close to everything plus restaurant deliveries are available.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were modern and beds were very comfy! Parking and walkout rooms were very convenient and the continental breakfast had good options! Being Pet Friendly is a huge bonus and why I stayed there to begin with. Thanks again Diane!

I was greeted with a warm smile and was assured that should I need anything during my stay, there would be someone to assist. The room was immaculate. Everything I could possibly need was provided...even a nightlight. I am sure there were people in other rooms but I never heard them. This is an easy location to find. The warm breakfast and hot coffee in the morning was the perfect start to my day of adventures. The staff are warm and friendly. You can tell that they take great pride in their work and are an asset to this business.
